RECOMMENDED USE: Recovery - Add 130g (2 level scoop), with 400ml of water or skimmed milk and shake well.
Weight Gain - Add 260g (4 level scoop), with 700ml of water or skimmed milk and shake well.
Take 1 - 2 servings split throughout the day depending on training intensity and calorific and protein intake requirements. For best results, take 1 serving within 30 minutes after your training session. Do not exceed stated dosage.
