Recommended Use:
EGG PRO can be used with any meal to boost its protein content, or by itself. Typically protein intake from shakes is limited to 50% of total daily protein consumption – use accordingly. Mix 1 serving with 300 ml water, milk or juice to make a shake. Shake vigorously!
