Recommended Use:
Maintenance of healthy joints: Take half of serving (10 g) a day in the morning on an empty stomach.
If Increased load and degenerative tissue disorders: Take 1 serving (20 g) per day in the morning on an empty stomach. Pour the recommended amount of powder to a small amount of still water, mix and make up to the required volume. Ratio is 20 g to 250 ml of water.
