Recommended Use:
For muscle pain relief, it is recommended to add about 1-2 cups of Epsom salt to a warm bath.
It can also be used as a hair mask by adding 3 tablespoons of salt to a ready-made hair mask.
Magnesium sulfate also serves as a natural exfoliant. Simply mix a handful of salt with coconut oil or olive oil, apply it to the skin, and then rinse thoroughly.
Bitter salt can also complement nail fungus therapy by preparing a bath with a 3:1 ratio (3 tablespoons of salt per bowl of water).
