Citrulline Malate

Citrulline Malate is a combination of the amino acid citrulline and the organic salt malic acid. Studies have shown citrulline efficiently converts to arginine in the body leading to increased Nitric Oxide production. Higher Nitric Oxide levels means increased blood flow to muscles during exercise which allows them to work harder for longer and produce bigger muscle pumps. Malic acid is bound to citrulline and many other supplements to give them stability in the body. However, malic acid is also thought to have fatique-fighting properties of its own.

It has been cultivated for thousands of years, Ancient China, India, and societies surrounding the Mediterranean gave pomegranate a prominent symbolic role in history. It appears ancient history already understood the power of the pomegranate. The total amount of benefits are far too numerous to list here but the main reason we have included it in our product is because of its ability to preserve Nitric Oxide in the body. This means you keep the pump longer but also helps increase lean muscle.

Vaso6®

VASO6® is an advanced oligomer, in the form of a botanical extract of green tea. It significantly increase the production of Nitric Oxide within the body. This causes vasodilation of the blood vessels which allows you to achieve a muscle pump. Unlike other green tea extracts, VASO6® is a patented proprietary green tea oligomer containing levels of specific vasodilating catechins that have been clinically studied and proven to increase vasodilation by 50%. Lotus is a plant that grows in lakes and rivers. The flowers, seeds, leaves, and parts of the underground stem are all used to make medicine. It contains chemicals that decrease swelling, kill cancer cells and bacteria, reduce blood sugar, help the breakdown of fat, and protect the heart and blood vessels. Chemicals in lotus also seem to protect the skin, liver, and brain. 

Bacopa Monnieri

Bacopa Monnieri is an herb from Indian medicine. Traditionally, it has been advocated as both a longevity aid and a cognitive enhancement supplement, but today, it's primarily sold as a cognitive aid. Now, understandably, a supplement skeptic will likely consider "cognitive enhancement supplement" to be a sketchy term and assume that it doesn't work. But in the case of bacopa, there is ample evidence suggesting otherwise. Whereas many cognitive enhancing herbs can point to 1-2 human studies—most only have animal studies—bacopa currently has eight or more studies which link it to things like memory enhancement and improved learning. It is probably the cognitive enhancer with the largest body of research behind it. This makes it perfect for use in a pre-workout as it is proven to help mental focus.

L-Theonine

L-Theonine is another ingredient aimed at improving mental focus. L-Theanine exerts its effects on several fronts, by supporting levels of inhibitory neurotransmitters in the brain and promoting a state of relaxation in the brain. It supports alpha brain wave generation which is associated with an alert awake mental state. Supports dopamine levels which assist with mental focus and promote feelings of happiness.
