Vitamin C:

Only with sufficient amounts of vitamin C is the body able to produce collagen efficiently and effectively. In addition, vitamin C has a strong influence on the final shape, correct and strong structure of collagen fibres and has a strong antioxidant effect.

Biotin:

Trial study lasting 1 - 6 months with doses of 2.5 - 5 g of collagen peptides showed an increase in skin elasticity, a flattening of wrinkles in the eye area, a reduction in the appearance of cellulite, and an acceleration in the growth rate of nails with a decrease in their susceptibility to damage [2, 3, 4, 5]. This is all due to the intensification of collagen production due to the consumption of bioactive peptides.

Wrinkle reduction

Improvements in skin quality through the use of VERISOL® were noted in two experiments, the results of which were published in scientific journals. The reduction of wrinkles through collagen peptides was measured in a group of women between the ages of 45 and 65. The effects were already visible after 4 weeks of supplementation.
