If the order is made before 3pm on a weekday your order will be dispatched that day and received within 1-2 working days.  If there is nobody at the address An Post will leave a docket telling you where you can collect your order.  
Please note An Post courier need a signature for all deliveries.  
An Post Couriers do not deliver on the weekend or a bank holiday.
If we do not have a product or flavour in stock we will contact you to see if you'd like a refund or to take an alternative product or flavour.

DPD Couriers

If the order is made before 3pm on a weekday your order will be dispatched that day and received within 1-2 working days. 
If there is nobody at the address to sign for the package, the driver will leave a leaflet telling you how to contact them to arrange redelivery.
Please leave a comment when checking out if you would like the courier to leave your parcel somewhere at your address eg in your porch/ bin or with a neighbour

STORE COLLECTION

Please select what store you want to collect your order from on the checkout page.  You can pick up your order anytime from our warehouse in Kilcoole, Co Wicklow.  

Collection days for the rest of our stores are Tuesday and Friday of every week.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not happy with a product, please return it unopened and we will refund your credit card or credit your account with the price of the product excluding shipping charges.  If the product is opened we will offer you a 50% refund on the price of the product.  Please email sales@discountsupplements.ie prior to returning any goods giving a reason for the return. We must receive the product within 30 days of purchase or we cannot give a refund.

We are not directly responsible for the claims made about the products. We do our best to provide you with quality supplements so please email us with any queries/problems you might have.  Please note that any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

We work of a small profit margin so our prices are extremely competitive. If you do happen to find a cheaper price elsewhere online please fill our the form below providing the URL of the product and we'll do our best to match that price! Please Note: we do not price match against short dated stock clearances!
