Recommended Use:
Recommended maximum dosage 10g. Mix in with cold water and take about 20-30 minutes before workout. Due to the potency of the product, determine tolerance by starting with 1/2 a dose, approx 5gram. To avoid sleeplessness, do not use the product within 6 hours before bedtime. Do not use the product for longer than 8 weeks in a row without a break.
