Based on a 35-gram serving (1 scoop) of M&M's Milk Chocolate Hi-Protein Whey Protein Powder with 250ml of ice-cold water.
Ingredients: Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Cocoa Powder, Whole Milk Powder, Flavouring, Thickeners (Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum), Refined Coconut Oil, Sweetener (Sucralose).
Mix one scoop (35g) with 250ml of either water or milk and mix well in a shaker or blender. Blend with ice to thicken a desired.
