Directions for use: Pour 250-350ml of cold water into a shaker and add 1 level scoop (25g) of SN Clear Whey. Attach the lid firmly back on the shaker and shake it vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Individuals with higher protein requirements may consume more than one serving per day, allowing at least 2 hours before the next serving in order to maximise protein absorbency. Do not exceed more than 2-3 servings per day.
