Shipping & Returns

 REPUBLIC OF IRELAND & NORTHERN IRELAND - Shipping is FREE on orders over €50 and €5 for orders under.

UK - Shipping to the UK is €10 on all orders.

All products are delivered directly to your door by An Post Courier Service. If the order is made before 4pm on a weekday your order will be dispatched that day and received within 1-2 working days. The delivery will be made between the hours of 9am and 6pm and a signature will be required by our courier.  If there is nobody at the address to sign for the package, it will be left in a post office close to the address.  The post office will be highlighted on a leaflet left by the courier.  Our couriers do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday.

If you wish to pick your order up from our Clondalkin shop, please contact us on 01 4033884 to arrange a suitable time. If we do not have your order in stock, delivery may take up to 15 working days. We will contact you first to see if you would like another flavour or product. 

Refund Policy - If you are not happy with a product, please return it unopened and we will refund your credit card or credit your account with the price of the product excluding shipping charges. Please email contact@discountsupplements.ie prior to returning any goods giving a reason for the return. We must receive the product within 30 days of purchase or we cannot give a refund. All products sold on this site are not guaranteed effective by the owners of this site; product descriptions are a copy of information found on the manufacturer website. We are not directly responsible for the claims made about the products. We do our best to provide you with quality supplements so please email us with any queries/problems you might have. Discount Supplements only deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland ans United Kingdom. Please note that any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities. 

Privacy Statement - For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
