Recommended Use of USN Whey Protein:
■For a 25g protein serving: Add 1 heaped scoop of whey protein to approximately 150ml of cold water.
■For a 50g protein serving: Add 2 heaped scoops of whey protein to 300ml of cold water.
■Stir directly into a glass with a fork or use a blender or hand held shaker and mix for about 30 seconds.
■Have 2 to 4 servings of Whey Protein daily.
