β-Alanine is an amino acid which is a precursor of carnosine, increasing its concentration in muscle cells.Carnosine increases muscle buffer capacity and raises the threshold of anaerobic (lactate threshold), delaying the occurrence of fatigue and muscle damage, can substantially increase the efficiency of muscle and volume of work. Recommended Use:
Mix one scoop 5g with 100 ml-150 ml of water or juice.
On training days: Take 1 serving 30 - 45 minutes prior to exercise and 1 serving after workout.
On non-training days: Consume 1 serving prior to your first meal of the day and another serving 6-8 hours later.
